Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in inspecting and packaging your order before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will happily replace it.
To request a replacement:
- Email us within 3 days of receiving your item at luxejewelry25@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
- The damaged or incorrect item must be returned before a replacement is shipped.
